4. What size door do I need for my space? How to measure?

For proper installation, it is very important to order the correct size shower/bathtub door. Measurements must be taken after the wall is completed (tiles, back wall, etc.). Check whether the wall is vertical and the shower base/bathtub or flat shower floor is level. Vertical walls are not a "must" condition, just a reference for choosing the right door.

5. What should I use to clean the shower door?

It is recommended to wipe off water stains with a glass scraper or soft cloth after each use, and avoid using abrasive or irritating cleaners that will scratch the glass.

6. How do I ensure my shower door is watertight?

Make sure you use the proper seals when installing it and inspect and maintain it regularly to maintain watertightness.

11. Will the base of "Brand X" be compatible with your shell?

We cannot guarantee that bases from other manufacturers are compatible with our shells. Our glass and bases are specially designed to ensure a perfect fit.

13. How long will it take for me to receive the products I ordered from your company?

If you pay before 11:00am PST, we will ship the same day. Any payment received after 11:00am PST will be shipped the next business day. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Shipping time depends on where the item is shipped from, but it usually takes 3 to 10 business days. If you have not received your item after 10 business days, please contact us immediately and we will track your order immediately.
